Happy November! This is one of my favorite months of the year because it's finally cold enough to break out the cozy sweaters, heeled boots, and deep red lipsticks. With the change in weather also comes a change in skin composition. My skin is combination-oily when it is warm and humid outside, but becomes much dryer as the seasons change. When this happens, I always return to my two favorite moisturizers, the Origins GinZing Energy-Boosting Moisturizer for day and the Origins High Potency Night-A-Mins Mineral Enriched Renewal Cream for night. Keep reading to learn more about why I love this pair!
I use the GinZing Energy-Boosting Moisturizer as a daily face cream. It is oil free and has a light, gel-like consistency that absorbs into the skin almost immediately. The moisturizer's key ingredients are panax ginseng, which helps to brighten skin and acts as a natural stimulant, and coffee beans, which have antioxidant and anti-aging properties. The GinZing Energy-Boosting Moisturizer has a citrus scent and refreshing cooling effect, both of which do help me get up and moving in the morning. (Though there's no way any moisturizer will ever replace my Venti French Roast Coffee.)
The High Potency Night-A-Mins Mineral Enriched Renewal Cream is my go-to cold weather night cream. It uses a combination of Vitamins C, E, and H to repair dry and damaged skin over night. Skin wakes up looking bright and refreshed. The texture of the cream is very thick, yet it glides on to the face smoothly and evenly. It takes about ten minutes for the cream to fully absorb into the skin. Like the GinZing Moisturizer, the Night-A-Mins Renewal Cream has a citrus scent, but there is also a muskiness to it. It is a soothing scent that helps me relax and unwind at night.
I like using these moisturizers together because they work in sync to make my skin smooth and bright. Each moisturizer not only makes me look good, but they make me feel good as well. The aroma and texture of the creams give me a luxurious, spa-like experience that makes waking up and falling asleep a little bit more enjoyable.
The majority of my skincare items are from Origins because the company uses quality ingredients and formulates all of their products without sulfates, parabens, and dyes. The products are also priced reasonably in relation to similar grade skincare. Click to learn more about the Origins GinZing Energy-Boosting Moisturizer and the High Potency Night-A-Mins Mineral Enriched Renewal Cream. (Sephora is currently selling the Origins Best Sellers Gift Set for the holidays, which lets you try both of these moisturizers, plus four other skincare products that I love and use daily!)

My friend have this problem. I'm certainly going to give the night cream back - my skin has all of a sudden turned out to be so dry in view of the climate and focal warming as I'm vigilant for a decent night cream - thank for the recommendation!
